Richard + DeLynne | Thailand Destination Wedding Photographer
For a girl who has never left North America, going on a trip to Thailand was an adventure of a lifetime. When I was in high school, I used to say that my dream job would be to work for National Geographic and combine two things I love: photography and seeing the world. It is really fun to see my favorite parts of that dream come true… even though I still think that it would be awesome to work for National Geographic.
I spent a week on the beautiful island of Koh Samui. While there, I had an amazing number of adventures. I rode and fed an elephant, hiked through the jungle in a rainstorm to see a waterfall, almost got eaten by an extremely large spider (it still gives me the heebie jeebies!), ate a number of things that I am not sure about, and photographed a beautiful wedding.
I am excited to share a few personal photos from the trip… but especially excited to share pictures of this gorgeous couple!

Thailand Destination Wedding
The entire culture of this wedding was different than anything I have ever experienced. There were several parts to it, starting with a blessing from the monks before the ceremony. After the bride and groom were ready, the groom was introduced by a group of drummers. This was seriously my favorite part!
The ceremony was a great symbolism of unity, and was so beautifully decorated. Despite the extreme wind, I have never seen a more gorgeous beachfront ceremony. I loved every minute!
Thank you Rich & DeLynne for letting me be apart of the experience!
